தர நிர்வாக முறை - நிசநி 9001:2008

தற்பொழுது நான் தமிழில் தர நிர்வாக முறை - நிசநி 9001:2008 உருவாக்கி வருகிறேன். இது தர கையேடு (Quality Manual), தர செயல் முறை (Quality Procedure), தர படிவம் (Quality Format), மற்றும் தரவுத் தளம் (Quality Database) ஆகியவகைகளும் அடங்கும்.

இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கம் என்னவென்றால், தமிழ் சார்ந்த நிருவனங்கள், தமிழில் நிருவகிப்பது வெறும் வாய் பேச்சு மற்றுமில்லாமல், அதன் பத்திரங்களும் செயல் முறைகளும் தமிழில் இருப்பதே ஆகும்.

 

மாற வேண்டிய தருணம். தமிழை வெறும் கலைக்காக உபயோகித்தது மாறி இனி தமிழை நிர்வாக மற்றும் வர்த்தக மொழியாகவும் மாற்ற வேண்டும்.

இதில் எனது முதல் முயற்சி என்பது என்னவென்றால், தமிழ் நிர்வாக முறை அல்லது ISO 9001:2008 தமிழில் மொழியாக்கம் என்பதே ஆகும்.


ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management System in Tamil

I am developing a complete  ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in Tamil Language. This is including all of the Quality Manuals, Procedures, Formats and other relevant documents will be produced in Tamil Language.

The main core of this efforts are to help the Tamil oriented organizations to manage their operations in Tamil Language. No reason why they are managing the operations in Tamil but the documentations and records kept in other languages.

 

This is the time to change the Tamil into a management and business language. I believe this effort could make a sense to Tamil communities to wake up and supports our mother tongue.

 

So, my first step is translating ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard into Tamil Language. It needs some extra effort, which the translation must get approval from the ISO. Hence, the translation must be granted that the purpose and meaning of the standard contents never jeopardised before it can be used by the community.

 

Upon the translation process, i was named some of technical words in Tamil, so we no need rely on its original language.

 

Once the standard was translated into Tamil Language, it is easier to an organization to document their own Quality Management System.

 

For now i have almost completed the first draft and pending for local Language council to approve before to promote officially to customers.
